Typeratings

Each type of helicopter requires a type rating before being allowed to fly that type of helicopter.

A typerating consists of 2 parts:
the theoretical part consists of the relevant helicopter systems and the flight manual.
and a practical part. Both parts are concluded with an exam.

Heli Holland provides the following typeratings:
– Schweizer 300,
– Schweizer 330/333,
– Bell 206 Jetranger,
– Bell 206 longranger IFR certified,
– Eurocopter EC 120,
– Eurocopter EC 130,
– Eurocopter AS 355,
– Eurocopter EC 155.
